Our Dental Staff

Kathy Hoferer
Kathy HofererBusiness Manager
After attending the Kansas City College of Medical and Dental Assistants in the early 70s, Kathy worked in the same Kansas City dental office for 18 years until she moved up—literally—to Dr. Rodriguez’s office one floor above, where she has worked for 24 years. She is now the business manager for both offices. She has seen many changes in both the operative and business sides of dentistry. The best change is moving from a one-girl office in 1990 to one with a full staff of 13. She enjoys the high level of camaraderie that the staff shares, including birthday celebrations with lots of goodies.

In addition to working with Dr. Rodriguez and the entire staff, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family. She has been happily married for 39 years and their one child was recently married, in 2013, and lives in NYC with his bride. The entire family are diehard Chiefs and Royals fans—her son is never without his blue KC Royals hat, even when riding the subways of New York!
