Our Dental Staff

Magaly has been with Dr. Rodriguez since 2005. As the front-office administrator of both locations, she assists patients with appointment scheduling, insurance benefits and other financial matters. She earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from Johnson County Community College in 2012. Also a trained dental assistant, you’ll find her in the back as well. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Magaly was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and is now a resident of Overland Park, Kansas. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and their seven-year-old son.

Nicole earned her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri Dental School (is this actually UMKC?). After graduating, she stayed active with the Alumni Association and the Kansas City Dental Hygiene Association, then began doing dental screenings through the Independence school district with the Missouri Oral Health Preventive Services Program since 2007, which helps kids from kindergarten through fifth grade. She has been with Dr. Rodriguez since 1998 and has enjoyed forging long-lasting relationships with her clients.

In her spare time, Nicole likes to exercise—especially Zumba, but also the elliptical machine and three-to-four mile walks with friends when the weather permits. She also likes to garden, travel and attend concerts. She practices guitar and ukulele, and she takes dance lessons to learn salsa, cha cha and waltz.

Juliet attained a bachelor’s degree in the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1998. She is known as a periodontal therapist in our practice because she loves to prevent and treat periodontal (gum) disease. Juliet has been very successful in treating people of all backgrounds. Her work style is gentle and caring but thorough and effective. She puts patients at ease with a positive, friendly environment. This helps patients overcome any anxiety they may have regarding dental treatment.

During the first five years of her career, Juliet traveled across the U.S. attending seminars, conferences and dental boot camps where she received numerous achievement awards. She keeps up with the latest dental literature and continuing education.

Juliet had a very humble beginning, growing up in the Philippines and moving to the U.S. in 1991. She loves her two boys and their shih tzu named Coco. She also enjoys nutrition and fitness. Juliet speaks English and Filipino.
